After-Sales Policy
Our after-sales commitments for machines and spare parts. If your market or order has a specific written agreement, that agreement takes precedence.
Warranty
Standard warranty covers 12 months or 1,200 operating hours (whichever comes first) on the main structure and drivetrain against manufacturing defects. Wear parts (filters, seals, tires) are excluded. Warranty terms are the same across all product lines, including mining equipment. Extended warranty is available for some models — contact your sales advisor to confirm the option for your configuration.
Spare Parts Supply
Common parts use a standardized design and are kept in long-term stock at a dedicated warehouse. Frequently used wear parts (filters, seals, hydraulic components) are normally in stock and ship within 5 business days. Lead times for non-standard, custom parts vary by configuration — please confirm with your sales advisor.
Overseas Service Points & Technical Support
We currently have a branch office in Vietnam. For most overseas customers, support is primarily provided remotely; if an issue can't be resolved locally, we dispatch an engineer to your site. Coverage is global, except where force majeure — war, natural disaster, political instability — prevents travel.
Response Times
We respond to service requests within 24 hours. Common issues are typically resolved within 1–3 days; replacing a special part may take longer.
Returns & Defective Parts
If a part arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, please return it for verification before further action. For a whole-machine quality issue not due to misuse, we confirm the cause, propose a solution, and resolve it within 3 business days.
Manuals & Technical Materials
Operation and maintenance manuals are available, currently in English only. For installation or commissioning guidance — photos or video — talk to our sales team; we can arrange on-site filming if needed.
