For most machines we can ship a single unit — there is no strict MOQ on complete machines. MOQ mainly applies to spare parts and accessories ordered separately. Tell us the model and quantity you need and we'll confirm.

T/T (bank transfer) is most common: typically 30% deposit with the order and 70% before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Our sales team will propose terms that fit your order size.

Standard, in-stock configurations usually ship within 15–30 days of the deposit. Customized configurations (special attachments, voltage, emission standard) typically take 30–45 days. Exact lead time is confirmed in your quotation.

Yes. Bucket/attachment size, cab configuration, emission standard (Euro II/III/V), electrical voltage, paint color and branding can all be adjusted to your country's requirements and your application.

Standard warranty covers 12 months or 1,200 operating hours (whichever comes first) on the main structure and drivetrain against manufacturing defects. Wear parts (filters, seals, tires) are excluded. Extended warranty options are available for some models.

Yes. We stock common wear and maintenance parts and can arrange air freight for urgent orders. Please have your machine's model and serial number ready when ordering parts.

Our factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. For the EU market 🇪🇺, the engine can be configured to meet Euro V emission standards, and CE certification is available on applicable models. Tell our sales team your destination country and the machine you're interested in, and they'll confirm the exact engine and certification configuration for your shipment.

FOB Qingdao is our standard term and does not include sea freight — for bulk/oversized cargo, ocean freight rates change frequently and vary by destination port, so shipping cost isn't fixed or free. If you'd prefer CIF or CFR, our sales team will confirm the current freight rate to your port at quotation time. Yes, factory visits are welcome by appointment. Contact us in advance with your travel dates so we can arrange the visit, a production-line walkthrough and, if useful, a machine demonstration.
