How your order leaves China depends on its size.
Small orders — express courier
Spare parts and small accessory orders can go by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS), usually door to door in a few days.
Full machines — air or sea freight
Complete machines normally ship by sea freight, arranged through your nominated forwarder or our long-term partner agent. Air freight is available for urgent orders at a higher cost.
About freight cost
FOB Qingdao is our standard term and does not include sea freight. For bulk or oversized cargo, ocean freight rates change frequently and vary by destination port — there is no fixed or free shipping. If you prefer CIF or CFR, our sales team confirms the current rate to your port when they issue your quotation.
Loading and dispatch, in practice
Documentation & after-sales
We prepare full export documentation for customs clearance on your end, and stay reachable after the container leaves the port.
